Innate Wisdom to Mental Health

Innate Wisdom to Mental Health: This neo-cognitive, experiential teaching modality allows clients to discover how the mind works and how thought has direct relation to their inner wisdom. Clients will discuss the importance of resiliency, mental clarity, decision-making, and insightful understanding, to allow the clients to increase their recovery capital, both mentally and physically.  Group discussions will focus on the Core Four Life Skills, which include frustration tolerance, emotional regulation, impulse control, and delayed gratification.
